We took these photos the last week of July, 2007, on our statewide excursion.
The first 3 photos are of my Katie Wild Child...
using the hearth as a PILLOW,
treeing a squirrel on top of the compost fence,
and trying to get as CLOSE to the camera as she possibly CAN!
She recognizes the SOUND of the camera opening! Camera HOG!
The next two photos are of both Katie(L) and Riley(R).
The SECOND pair photo has Katie in the LEAD, on GREEN TREE LIZARD patrol!!!

the first one, he's quite pleased with himself for telling off the neighboring Rottie.
His ears are cocked back in the second picture, as I was sweet-talking him,
and the next one VERY serious, as I'd pulled out a beloved TREAT!!!
The last photo in the series is another 'together' pose... always a miracle!
There's NOTHING in the world better than Love wrapped in a Scottie Package!!!
